Flexible billing options

We understand that every family's situation is unique. That's why we offer various billing structures to provide convenience and predictability for long-term care needs.

Monthly fixed packages

Designed for long-term clients, our monthly fixed packages offer predictable billing. For example, a 160-hour monthly package (40 hours/week x 4 weeks) might be offered at a flat rate of $6,000 instead of $6,400. This option is ideal for Parkinson’s clients, long-term elderly care, and families seeking consistent budgeting.

24-hour / live-in care

We offer two models for around-the-clock support:
A. Shift-based care: Two caregivers rotate, costing $28–$35/hour x 24 hours, totaling $670–$840/day.
B. Live-in flat rate: A more common and cost-effective option at $300–$450/day, where the caregiver sleeps at the client's home but is available as needed.

The value of compassionate care

Beyond the rates, our services offer unparalleled value to families in Seattle, focusing on genuine companionship and holistic well-being.

Companionship with purpose

We don’t just "sit" with clients. We engage them—through conversation, shared meals, walks, hobbies, and memory activities. Your loved one feels seen, heard, and connected every day.

Emotional well-being & mental health

Regular human interaction helps reduce depression, anxiety, and cognitive decline. Families gain peace of mind knowing their loved one is not silently struggling.

Consistency builds trust

Having consistent caregivers means seniors form real relationships—not rotating strangers. That trust reduces resistance to care and increases cooperation.

Family relief from guilt

Families often carry guilt when they can’t be there daily. Knowing someone is providing genuine companionship—not just task-based care—relieves that emotional burden.

Early detection of changes

When caregivers truly engage, they notice subtle changes—mood shifts, appetite, confusion—before they become serious problems.

Maintaining independence longer

Socially engaged seniors thrive. Our care helps them maintain their independence and quality of life for longer.
